His practice spans the full corporate life cycle, including entity formations, SAFE and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, secondary transactions, commercial agreements, capitalization table management, and ongoing operational counsel. He works across a range of sectors, including technology, digital assets, artificial intelligence, and financial services.
Prior to joining Serotonin Legal, Josh was an associate in the Technology Companies Group at Goodwin, where he represented private companies and venture capital investors in complex financings and strategic transactions.
Josh's experience spans both private and public company representation, including advising investment banks on capital markets transactions and public companies on periodic SEC reporting.
