Sean is an associate at Serotonin Legal, where he works with founders and investors building venture-backed technology companies. His practice focuses on early- and growth-stage financings, general corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Serotonin Legal, Sean was an associate at a boutique San Francisco law firm, where he advised high-growth startups and venture capital firms across the full venture lifecycle, from entity formation and SAFE and convertible note financings through priced equity rounds and strategic exit transactions. Sean has advised buyers and sellers on complex M&A transactions, including cross-border acquisitions involving international stakeholders.
He approaches transactions collaboratively, with an emphasis on practical solutions and thoughtful advocacy for his clients.
